Outpatient Physicians Treatment Benefit - Treatment can be used for sickness, annual wellness exams, or other visits to a physician outside of a hospital.Discount Prescription Card - Discounts will vary between 10% and 40% depending on the drug name, and this card is honored at most national drug retailers and chains.
Accident Disability - Should you as the primary insured have an accident on or off-the-job, or while participating in any activity associated with your team, you can receive a monthly benefit for up to 6 months.
